Outdoor parking is located on the east side of Rock St., across from the main library. And the multi-story parking lot is just north of the main library, on the corner of Rock St. and President Clinton Ave. In both cases, the price of cars is as follows:

The Main Library, the flagship of the Central Arkansas library system, is housed in a renovated Fones Brothers warehouse in the historic River Market District. The library's third location, a 132,000-square-foot facility, opened in 1997 at 100 Rock Street. The main library provides patrons with thousands of books and audiovisual items for children and adults. The five floors house the Sturgis Technology Training Center, a public computer lab; special places for children and teenagers; reading rooms on the first and fifth floors; individual and small group study areas; public meeting rooms; wireless Internet access; and an extensive information section.

The library area consists of the main library; The Rock It! LAB; Ron Robinson Theater (a 315-seat movie theater and auditorium) and the Bobby L. Roberts Library. The Roberts Library houses the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies, including the Genealogy Room and the Arkansas Research Room; and the Galleries and Bookstore in Library Square, featuring original art by Arkansas artists and a large collection of books for sale.
